“HD HYUNDAI Ocean Mobility”, a project in which LUDENS was involved, won an Award of Excellence in the Pioneering Visual Effects category at the VFX-JAPAN Awards 2024.
The VFX-JAPAN Awards, organized by the VFX-JAPAN foundation, was established in 2013 with the aim of recognizing advanced CG/VFX technology and revitalizing its industry. This is its 12th event.
The awards are open to all video works planned and produced in Japan that make effective use of CG/VFX, with the awards office and jury of experts selecting the winners.

Title: HD HYUNDAI Ocean mobility
This work was video content connected to a robot arm made for Hyundai’s booth at CES2023, the world’s largest technology trade show held in Las Vegas, USA.
A separately moving ship mockup, robot arm, and video content are interlocked, with the dynamically moving robot arm and ship sails making for powerful content that can be viewed from various angles.
